Clare Blue Wines
These premium Clare Valley Wines are a fine examples of the Valley's best known varieties. The 2004 Shiraz was made by Neil Paulett using grapes sourced from the Nyora Homestead Block in the Polish Hill River region. The 2010 Riesling was made by O'Leary Walker using grapes sourced in the Watervale region. A new 2010 sparkling Riesling is now available made by Pauletts and is typical of the Polish Hill region. This is a limited release.
